No Returns or Refunds
As CYBER TECH sells digital software products and licenses, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a license key or software setup is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Digital Delivery
Our billing and business management software is delivered electronically as a download, license activation, or cloud account access. Because the product can be used immediately upon delivery, it is not eligible for return.
Support & Warranty
In place of returns, we provide free technical support, bug fixes and setup assistance during your license period. If the software is not functioning as described, our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

We encourage you to request a free live demo or trial before purchasing, so you can evaluate the software and confirm it meets your business needs.
